目的评价前房插管法测量小鼠眼压的准确性并测量5种不同品系小鼠的眼压。方法选择3个月龄清洁级C3H/HeJ、C57BL/6J、BALB/CJ和ICR小鼠各20只,3、6、9、11个月龄DBA/2J小鼠各7只,用调整与小鼠玻璃体腔相连的水柱高度来检测前房插管测量系统眼压测量的准确性,将连接于前房插管测量系统的玻璃微管插入小鼠前房,测量小鼠的眼压。结果前房插管系统测得的眼压值和实际眼压值之间有很好的相关性(r=0·99,P=0·000);使用该技术测得C3H/HeJ、C57BL6J、BALB/CJ和ICR小鼠的眼压分别为(10·64±1·92)、(10·81±1·84)、(10·98±1·3)和(11·60±1·29)mmHg;3、6、9和11个月龄DBA/2J小鼠的眼压分别为(11·43±1·84)、(10·54±2·49)、(19·35±7·49)和(26·76±4·4)mmHg。结论前房插管技术可以准确地测量小鼠的眼压,3个月龄5种小鼠眼压相似,DBA/2J小鼠眼压在9个月龄和11个月龄时增高。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of anterior chamber intubation in measuring intraocular pressure in mice and to measure intraocular pressure in 5 different strains of mice. METHODS: Totally 20 clean-grade C3H / HeJ, C57BL / 6J, BALB / CJ and ICR mice of 3 months old and 7 male DBA / 2J mice of 3, 6, 9 and 11 months old were selected. The height of the water column connected to the mouse vitreous cavity was used to measure the accuracy of intraocular pressure measurement in the anterior intubation measurement system. The glass microtubules connected to the anterior intubation measurement system were inserted into the anterior chamber of the mouse and the intraocular pressure of the mice was measured. Results There was a good correlation between intraocular pressure (IOP) measured by anterior chamber intubation system and actual intraocular pressure (r = 0.99, P = 0.000). Using this technique, C3H / HeJ, C57BL6J, The intraocular pressures of BALB / CJ and ICR mice were (10.64 ± 1.92), (10.81 ± 1.84), (10.98 ± 1.3) and (11.60 ± 1.29 ) mmHg; the IOP of DBA / 2J mice at 3, 6, 9 and 11 months were (11.43 ± 1.84), (10.54 ± 2.49), (19.35 ± 7 · 49) and (26.74 ± 4.4) mmHg. Conclusions The anterior chamber intubation technique can accurately measure the intraocular pressure of mice. The intraocular pressure of 5 mice at 3 months old is similar. The intraocular pressure of DBA / 2J mice increases at 9 months and 11 months of age.
