第一次在成都十六幼完整听到年轻的张玲老师激动地讲述嘉阳的故事,听到余琳园长那么兴致勃勃地聊起孩子故事背后的老师故事,我很是感动。感动于张玲老师牺牲不少个人休息时间,晚班时提前来园,早班时推迟下班,才能完成连续25天的观察,并拍摄相关视频,而她仅仅还是一位工作才两年多的职初期教师。感动于张玲老师班上的其他老师,乐于分担更多的班级工作,一起倾听、解读、支持、拓展孩子们的游戏,才会最终成就嘉阳的17次挑战。感动于付国庆老师那么细致地梳理、记录整个观察过程,并剪辑制作观察视频。还感动于成都市十六幼的管理者们,如此欣赏、支持和鼓励一线老师在游戏中观察记录。正是有了读懂儿童、尊重儿童、发展儿童的良好园所文化氛围,才能有那么多美好精彩的游戏故事案例层出不穷。更让我们兴奋的是,故事没有止于幼儿园墙内。在中国学前教育研究会第5次会员代表大会现场,经四川师范大学的鄢超云教授牵线,华东师范大学郭力平教授、西南大学苏贵民教授和美国孟菲斯大学薛烨教授,齐聚讨论嘉阳引发的这一系列游戏。透过不同专家的不同视角,我们期望更多的一线教师、园长和学前教育研究者,能围绕幼儿园的游戏现场、观察记录,倾听彼此,分享多元的主张,距离儿童发展的真相再近一些。相信流淌在文字间对儿童、对游戏的理解和尊重,相信集众人之善良、智慧和爱的对话,会感动更多在为儿童幸福而奋斗的人们。

At the 5th Congress of Pre-primary Education Association of China, Prof. Yan Chaoyun from Sichuan Normal University, Professor Guo Liping from East China Normal University, Prof. Su Guimin from Southwest University and Prof. Xue Ye from Memphis University gathered to discuss this issue Series of games. Through different perspectives from different experts, we expect more front-line teachers, school heads and pre-school researchers to be able to observe the records around the kindergarten’s games, listen to each other and share their ideas. .
