实验室生物安全涉及多个学科和领域,是实践性和操作性较强的工作。随着我国实验室生物安全工作的深入开展和相关科研工作的不断进行,应不断丰富实验室人员的生物安全知识,提高实际操作技能和水平。《生物安全实验室建筑技术规范》是我国生物安全实验室建设非常重要的、可操作的规范文件。《微生物和生物医学实验室生物安全通用准则》、《实验室生物安全通用要求》,对不同安全水平实验室的设施都做了详细的规定,是生物安全实验室建设和改造的主要依据。《病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例》和《实验室生物安全通用要求》又是管理生物安全实验室的活动及制定各项组织制度措施重要依据。通过开展实验室生物安全风险评估、确定实验室级别和个人防护装备、制定相应的操作规程和应急预案等措施,将会减少或避免实验室感染事件的发生。实验室安全与管理相辅相承,只有通过严格的管理、规范的操作,才能保证实验室的安全运行。
Laboratory biosafety involves many disciplines and fields, is a practical and operational work. With the further development of laboratory biosafety in our country and the continuous progress of relevant scientific research, we should constantly enrich the biosafety knowledge of laboratory personnel and improve the practical operation skills and level. “Biosafety Laboratory Building Technical Specifications” is China’s biosafety laboratory building is very important and operational normative documents. The General Principles of Biosafety in Microbiology and Biomedical Laboratories and the General Requirements for Biosafety in Laboratories provide detailed provisions on the facilities of different safety level laboratories and are the main basis for the construction and renovation of biosafety laboratories. The Regulations on the Administration of Pathogenic Microorganisms in Laboratory Biosafety and the General Requirements for Biosafety in Laboratories are important basis for the management of the activities of biosafety laboratories and measures for the formulation of various organizational systems. By conducting laboratory biosafety risk assessment to determine the level of the laboratory and personal protective equipment, to develop appropriate operating procedures and contingency plans and other measures, will reduce or avoid the occurrence of laboratory infections. Laboratory safety and management complement each other, and only through rigorous management, standardized operation, in order to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.
