本文主要探索如何将传统预算方法快速转化为能满足项目挣值评估法所要求的资源数据,解决了成本基础数据不易准确分摊到软件项目最小工作包的问题,进而解决了现代项目成本信息化管理模式与我国传统的成本管理模式相脱节的问题,力图使软件开发项目的成本尽可能降低。
This paper mainly explores how to transform the traditional budget method into the resource data that can meet the project’s earned value assessment method quickly and solves the problem that the basic cost data can not be accurately distributed to the minimum project package of software project and thus solves the problem of modern project cost information management Model and China’s traditional cost management model is out of line, in an attempt to make the software development project as much as possible to reduce the cost.
