目的:考察XDA-5大孔吸附树脂对知母溶液中皂苷吸附的动力学过程。方法:通过静态吸附、单次动态吸附和串联动态吸附实验,以紫外分光光度法测定皂苷的含量,做出静态吸附曲线和动态吸附曲线。结果:静态吸附中,Lagergren方程参数Kad=0.0186,r=0.9986;Dumwals-W agner方程参数K=0.0081,r=0.9958。动态吸附过程有泄露现象,穿透点在600 mL(0.1 g/mL)。结论:XDA-5大孔吸附树脂对知母皂苷吸附机理是前期以液膜扩散为主,后期以颗粒内扩散为主。动态吸附的泄露问题可以通过串联吸附柱加以解决,并可作为中试模型。
Objective: To investigate the kinetics of saponin adsorption in Zhimu solution with XDA-5 macroporous resin. Methods: The content of saponin was determined by UV spectrophotometry through static adsorption, single dynamic adsorption and series dynamic adsorption experiments. Static adsorption curves and dynamic adsorption curves were made. Results: In the static adsorption, the Lagergren equation parameters Kad=0.0186, r=0.9986; Dumwals-Wagner equation parameters K=0.0081, r=0.9958. There was a leak in the dynamic adsorption process with a penetration point of 600 mL (0.1 g/mL). Conclusion: The mechanism of adsorption of timosaponin by XDA-5 macroporous resin is mainly the diffusion of liquid film in the early stage and the intragranular diffusion in the later stage. The leakage problem of dynamic adsorption can be solved by a series adsorption column and can be used as a pilot model.
