目的:建立气体检测管法测定富氧空气中一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量。方法:选择2个品牌的检测管,采用采样袋法和在线法2种取样方法,使用检测管分别测定高、中、低3个已知浓度的一氧化碳和二氧化碳标准气体(以高纯氮气为背景气体),考察方法的适用性,同时测定3家医院共6批样品的杂质含量。结果:一氧化碳和二氧化碳检测管测定标准气体的平均回收率在90%~110%之间,精密度(RSD)均小于4%,所有样品中的杂质均符合限度要求。结论:该方法简单快速,准确度高,精密度好,可用于富氧空气的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a gas detection tube method for the determination of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in oxygen-enriched air. Methods: Two brands of test tubes were selected. Two sampling methods, sampling bag method and online method, were used. The detection tubes were used to measure the concentrations of three known concentrations of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, respectively, at high, medium and low concentrations Gas), investigate the applicability of the method, and simultaneously determine the impurity content of 6 batches of samples in 3 hospitals. Results: The average recoveries of standard gases for carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide detection tubes ranged from 90% to 110% and the precision (RSD) were all less than 4%. The impurities in all samples met the limits. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. It can be used for the quality control of oxygen-enriched air.
