目的探讨炎症、内源性哇巴因(EO)在宽脉压形成中的作用。方法入选65位受试者,均为老年高血压病患者,对入选者进行药物洗脱。根据受试者24h动态平均脉压(PP)分为二组,即≥60mmHg组及<60mmHg组。测定两组患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及哇巴因(EO)。比较两组检测指标的差异。结果PP≥60mmHg组IL-6[(30.1±5.0)pg/L]、hs-CRP[(5.4±2.0)mg/L]、EO[(0.79±0.12)μg/L]均显著高于PP<60mmHg组各测量值[(20.3±3.6)pg/L、(4.2±1.2)mg/L、(0.70±0.12)μg/L,P<0.05]。结论炎症反应、EO可能参与了宽脉压的形成。
Objective To investigate the role of inflammation and endogenous ouabain (EO) in the formation of wide pulse pressure. Methods Sixty-five subjects, all elderly hypertensive patients, were enrolled in the study. Subjects 24h dynamic mean pulse pressure (PP) divided into two groups, namely ≥ 60mmHg group and <60mmHg group. Serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and ouabain (EO) were measured in both groups. Compare the differences between the two test indicators.
