大型火电机组具有多个大型设备,这些设备具有外观尺寸大、质量大、就位位置高等特点,导致设备吊装施工难度大。以除氧器吊装为例,从超起配重的安装、起吊钢丝绳受力计算、起吊过程控制等方面介绍了SCC4000履带起重机主臂+超起桅杆+超起配重(main boom+superlift boom+superliftbalance-weight,HDB)超起工况在大型设备吊装中的应用,可为大型设备吊装施工提供参考。
Large-scale thermal power generating units have a large number of large-scale equipment, these devices have the appearance of large size, high quality, high-position location, leading to the construction of equipment, lifting large difficulties. Taking the deaerator hoisting as an example, this paper introduces the main boom + superlift boom + the main boom + superlift mast of SCC4000 crawler crane from the aspects of the installation of super lifting counterweight, the calculation of lifting force of lifting wire rope, superliftbalance-weight, HDB) super-lifting conditions in the application of large-scale equipment lifting, lifting equipment for large-scale equipment to provide a reference.
