从戴维斯的磨球运动理论及磨球分层运动模型出发,对影响卧式球磨机磨球的碰撞能量因素进行了分析。理论分析及计算结果表明,磨球的运动状态及磨球的密度与形状尺寸是影响磨球碰撞能量的直接因素,这对调节磨矿效率具有一定的指导作用。
Based on Davis’ theory of abrasive ball movement and the hierarchical model of abrasive ball, the impact energy factors of horizontal ball mill ball are analyzed. The theoretical analysis and calculation results show that the movement state of the ball and the density and shape of the ball are the direct factors that affect the ball collision energy, which can guide the grinding efficiency.
