联络风道是连接延安东路隧道南线2号井和北线2号风塔的地下通道。文中就最关键的联络风道中段结构的设计与施工作了分析论述。中段结构从北线隧道的中央控制室和综合办公楼之间穿越,两楼相距仅9.5m,而中段结构包括地下连续墙就有7.2m,加上内衬结构和地下墙的施工误差,地下墙与两楼净距仅1m左右。为选择最优方案,设计过程中论证了顺、逆筑法的施工方案,从中选择了逆筑加地基加固对限制位移和地面变形较好的施工方案。通过采取一系列的技术保护措施,使两幢建筑物的相对倾斜控制在其允许变形值的范围内,保证了主体结构的顺利完工以及两楼的正常安全使用。
The contact duct is an underground passage connecting No. 2 well south of Yan’an East Road Tunnel and No. 2 wind tower of North Line. The paper discusses the design and construction of the most crucial middle section of the air duct. The middle section passes between the central control room of the North Line Tunnel and the general office building, with a distance of only 9.5m on the second floor and 7.2m in the middle section including the diaphragm wall, plus the construction error of the lining structure and underground wall, The distance between the wall and the second floor is only about 1m. In order to select the optimal scheme, the construction scheme of cis and reverse construction method was demonstrated in the design process, and the construction scheme with the limitation of displacement and ground deformation was selected. Through the adoption of a series of technical protection measures, the relative tilt of the two buildings is controlled within the range of the allowable deformation values, which ensures the successful completion of the main structure and the normal safe use of the two buildings.
