为解决因诸灾害间相互作用导致房屋多灾种脆弱性评估较难实现的问题,提出一种基于修正的Papathoma海啸脆弱性评估(PTVA)模型的多灾种耦合物理脆弱性评估方法。首先根据不同灾种影响下承灾体脆弱性指标的差异性,构建指标体系;然后运用修正的PTVA模型,计算单灾种初始脆弱性指数和耦合后的脆弱性指数,经综合计算后,得到2个综合脆弱性指数;最后以福建某市典型区域为例进行实证分析。研究表明:该方法在多灾种耦合物理脆弱性评估中具有可行性,提高了评估的准确性。
In order to solve the problem that it is hard to realize the assessment of the multi-hazard vulnerability of houses due to the interaction between disasters, a multi-disaster coupled physical vulnerability assessment method based on the modified Papathoma Tsunami Vulnerability Assessment (PTVA) model is proposed. Firstly, the index system is constructed according to the difference of vulnerability indicators of disaster-affected bodies under the influence of different disaster types. Then, the modified PTVA model is used to calculate the initial vulnerability index and the coupled vulnerability index of single disaster-hitter. After comprehensive calculation, 2 composite vulnerability index; Finally, a typical area of a city in Fujian as an example for empirical analysis. The research shows that this method is feasible in the assessment of physical vulnerability of multi-hazard coupling and improves the accuracy of evaluation.
