复杂产品是由多个子系统构成,并且是相互耦合而成的。为解决含有混合变量的复杂产品的协同优化建模问题,根据复杂产品的相互耦合特性,应用协同优化方法,在复杂产品的连续性模型的基础上加入变量分析,建立系统与各个子系统的目标函数与约束函数,得到含有混合变量的复杂产品的协同优化模型,包括了概念模型、总体优化模型、学科优化模型、学科分析模型、变量分析模型、系统集成模型。在文章最后,通过一个工程算例来验证模型的有效性。
Complex products are composed of multiple subsystems, and are coupled together.
