本标准适用于气缸直径160毫米以下的普通合金铸铁单体铸造活塞环金相组织的检验。 1.技术要求 1.1 石墨:应为适当大小的F型、A型或B型,分散度较大,分布均匀。按本标准第一类别图评定:1—6图合格,7—9图不合格。 1.1.1 石墨长度:按成品环的断面系数分为四类,具体如下: 断面系数 石墨长度(毫米) Ψ 0.8 0.14 08<Ψ1.1 0.17 1.1<Ψ 1.3 0.20 Ψ>1.3 0.22 注:成品环的断面系数指成品环的断面积与周长之比。 1.1.2 E型石墨:在工作表面层内,其数量不超过视场面积的10%。 1.2 铁素体:游离铁素体的数量不超过视场面积的3%。按本标准第二类别图评定:1—4图合格,5图不合格。 1.3 磷共晶:应为单个细小块状或呈断续网状,网孔细小,分布均匀。
This standard applies to the cylinder diameter of 160 mm below the common alloy cast iron single piston ring metallographic examination. 1. Technical Requirements 1.1 Graphite: should be the appropriate size of the F-type, A-type or B-type, decentralized, distributed evenly. According to the first category of this standard chart assessment: 1-6 Figure qualified, Figure 7-9 failed. 1.1.1 Graphite Length: Divided into four categories according to the section coefficient of the finished ring, as follows: Sectional area coefficient Graphite length (mm) Ψ 0.8 0.14 08 <Ψ1.1 0.17 1.1 <Ψ 1.3 0.20 Ψ> 1.3 0.22 Note: Section coefficient refers to the finished product ring area and the circumference of the ratio. 1.1.2 E-type graphite: in the working surface layer, the number does not exceed 10% of the visual field area. 1.2 Ferrite: The amount of free ferrite does not exceed 3% of the field of view. According to the second category of this standard chart assessment: 1-4 chart, 5 chart failed. 1.3 Phosphorus eutectic: Should be a single small lumps or intermittent mesh, the mesh is small, evenly distributed.
