目的 探讨60 Co射线、5- Fu、顺铂对 SGC- 790 1胃癌细胞增殖基因表达的影响及其意义。方法 以 SGC-790 1胃癌细胞作为研究对象 ,采用免疫组化方法检测胃癌细胞中 P53、C- erb B- 2、Rb基因的表达情况。结果 60 Co、5- Fu、顺铂可使 SGC- 790 1胃癌细胞生长变慢 ,倍增时间延长 ,抑制胃癌细胞增殖 ,并使增殖相关基因表达水平明显降低。结论 本研究证实 ,60 Co、5- Fu、顺铂对胃癌细胞具有明显抑制、杀伤作用 ,P53、c- erb B- 2、Rb基因对胃癌细胞的增殖活性有重要作用 ,在 60 Co、5- Fu、顺铂作用后其表达明显受抑
Objective To investigate the effect and significance of 60 Co-ray, 5-Fu and cisplatin on the gene expression of proliferation in SGC-790 1 gastric cancer cells. Methods The gastric cancer cell line SGC-790 1 was used as the research object, and the expression of P53, C-erb B-2 and Rb gene in gastric cancer cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results 60Co, 5-Fu and cisplatin could slow the growth of SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells, prolong the doubling time, inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cells and significantly reduce the expression of proliferation-related genes. Conclusions This study demonstrates that 60 Co, 5-Fu and cisplatin have significant inhibitory and cytotoxic effects on gastric cancer cells. P53, c-erb B-2 and Rb genes play an important role in the proliferation of gastric cancer cells. - Fu, the expression of cisplatin was significantly inhibited
