目的:观察穴位按压缓解痔患者术前焦虑的临床疗效.方法:采用随机数字表将150例符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组均为75例.对照组给予痔术前肛肠科常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上给予穴位按压干预术前焦虑状态.结果:治疗组术前晚8点、术前2小时的HAMA评分较对照组低,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:穴位按压能一定程度缓解痔患者术前焦虑状态.“,”Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupressure for relieving pre-operative anxiety in hemorrhoid operation.Methods:We used random-number table to randomly assign 150patients to experimental group and controlled group.In the experimental group,the patients received standard nurse care plus acupressure.In the controlled group,the patients received standard nurse care alone.Results:HAMA scores assessed at 8pm and 2hours before surgery were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the controlled group.Conclusion:Acupressure relieves pre-operative anxiety before hemorrhoid surgery.
