近日，山西省住房和城乡建设厅发布新修订的《山西省建筑工程质量和建筑安全生产管理条例》。该省住房城乡建设厅厅长王国正说，为了适应建筑工程质量和安全生产管理新的发展形势和工作要求，同时也为人民生命财产安全提供有力保证，新建建筑工程将实施“闭合管理”。新条例将于7月1日起正式实施。
