儿童猫抓病脑病临床少见,其表现酷似病毒性脑炎、中毒性脑病。我院1985年～1995年共诊治小儿猫抓病并发脑病12例,现作简要临床分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料;男7例,女5例,年龄7～14岁,平均10岁。夏季发病2例、秋季4例,冬季6例。农村儿童7例,城镇儿童5例。 1.2 猫抓病表现:12例患儿都有明确猫抓伤附近出现红色丘疹,其中8例有小脓疱形成,另外4 Cat scratching encephalopathy clinical rare, its performance resembles viral encephalitis, toxic encephalopathy.
