上个世纪80年代末,社会工作在我国出现,近几年得到政府的高度重视,我国社会工作事业也迅速发展。目前大陆对社会工作的研究很大部分是在社会工作理论、实践、专业服务方面,而对社会工作者的职业危险和自我保护的研究极少。本文探讨了一线社会工作者在工作中遇到的一些职业风险,如:暴力风险、健康隐患、专业耗竭,以及从政府、行业、社工机构、社工四方面探讨应对之策略。 In the late 1980s, social work appeared in our country and in recent years won great attention from the government. The cause of social work in our country also developed rapidly. At present, most of the studies on social work in the Mainland are about social work theory, practice and professional services, while there are few studies on the occupational hazards and self-protection of social workers. This article explores some occupational risks faced by first-line social workers during their work such as violence risks, health risks, professional exhaustion, and strategies for dealing with them from four aspects: government, industry, social work organizations and social workers.
