在企业的预算管理领域,我国当前大多数企业都有着许多漏洞和不足,特别是对于我国的国有企业而言更是如此。预算管理是对企业未来的资源、人员、发展规划等等进行科学合理的预估,通过对结果的判断决定企业实施方案的可行性,是企业长期发展的重要保障措施,所以值得广大企业在此方面进行更加深入的了解。本文正是针对我国国有企业中存在的一系列预算管理方面的不足而进行深入探讨,提出了许多行之有效的方针政策,以此作为国有企业预算管理的理论和实践的支撑。
