以壳聚糖为功能单体,α-Fe_2O_3为改性增强剂,砷为印迹分子,采用反相悬浮交联法制备砷分子印迹α-Fe_2O_3改性树脂As-IFICB。研究其在不同温度、pH和反应时间条件下对梨汁中砷的吸附作用。结果表明:As-IFICB吸附砷的最佳条件为pH 6.0,30℃,吸附时间6 h。As-IFICB能有效去除梨汁中的砷,并最大程度地保留钙、镁、铁等有益矿质元素,对梨汁中营养成分总糖和氨基酸含量的影响很小。As-IFICB有望成为一种能有效脱除梨汁中砷的吸附材料,具有广阔的应用前景。
Chitosan as a functional monomer, α-Fe_2O_3 as a modified enhancer, arsenic as imprinted molecules, prepared by reversed-phase suspension crosslinking arsenic molecular imprinted α-Fe_2O_3 modified resin As-IFICB. The adsorption of arsenic in pear juice under different temperature, pH and reaction time was studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions for As-IFICB adsorption of arsenic were pH 6.0, 30 ℃ and adsorption time 6 h. As-IFICB can effectively remove arsenic from pear juice and maximize the retention of beneficial mineral elements such as calcium, magnesium and iron, which has little effect on the total sugar content and amino acid content of nutrients in pear juice. As-IFICB is expected to become a kind of adsorbent that can effectively remove arsenic in pear juice and has broad application prospects.
