将黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿和含砷金精矿与碳酸钠和碳混合,进行了氧化焙烧的理论分析和试验研究。结果表明,在723~973K温度范围内,黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿中的硫和砷氧化生成非挥发水溶性硫酸钠和砷酸钠。当用水浸出焙砂时,砷和硫全部转入溶液中。水浸渣用二氧化硫气体处理后,用氰化法浸出残渣,可使金的回收率达95.5%~96%。
The pyrite, arsenopyrite and arsenic gold concentrate were mixed with sodium carbonate and carbon, and the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the oxidation roasting were carried out. The results show that the sulfur and arsenic in pyrite and arsenopyrite oxidize to form non-volatile water-soluble sodium sulfate and sodium arsenate within the temperature range from 723 to 973K. When leaching calcine from water, all of arsenic and sulfur turn into solution. After the water leaching residue is treated with sulfur dioxide gas, the residue can be leached by the cyanidation method so that the gold recovery rate can reach 95.5% -96%.
