本文选择我院确诊的101例肾结核病例。就常见其中77例经手术证实,24例均经静脉肾盂造影证实,24小时尿浓缩2次以上找到抗酸杆菌。开始出现症状到确诊,从6天～25年,发病一年以上确诊者占61％。除8例3个月内得以确诊,病变轻微,经抗痨治疗获得明显效果外,77例病变严重,一侧肾功能严重丧失不得不行手术治疗;13例因双侧肾结核已不宜手术;4例病情严重,已不能耐受手术。
This article selected our hospital diagnosed 101 cases of renal tuberculosis.
