目的调查粉螨污染储藏干果状况及其孳生种类、密度、物种多样性和种群动态。方法从安徽某些城市干果商店(仓库)和中药店(仓库)采集食用干果和药用干果,分离其中的孳生粉螨。结果从60种干果样本中共分离出粉螨18种,隶属于6科16属,其中以甜果螨、家食甜螨、害嗜鳞螨和腐食酪螨为主。结论贮藏干果孳生粉螨种类较多,虫口密度较高,因此,应采取措施控制粉螨孳生以降低粉螨对人类健康的危害。
Objective To investigate the status of dry mulberry fruit stored in powder mites and its breeding species, density, species diversity and population dynamics. Methods Dry fruits and medicinal dried fruits were collected from dried fruits store (warehouse) and traditional Chinese medicine store (warehouse) in some cities in Anhui Province to separate the acaroid mites. Results A total of 18 species of acaroid mites were isolated from 60 dried fruit samples, belonging to 6 genera and 6 families. Among them, sweet mites, sweet mites, pest scales and rotten eggs were dominant. Conclusion There are more species of acaroid mites in storage and dried fruits, and higher density of insect population. Therefore, measures should be taken to control the propagation of acaroid mites in order to reduce the harm of acaroid mites to human health.
