湘雅医院急诊科每日接诊200～300人次,其中重危病人占很大比例,死亡率相对较高。这些死亡病例的死亡原因是什么,和性别、年龄之间的关系如何,了解和掌握这些情况,可以给我们的预防保健工作和抢救治疗提供有意义的临床参考资料。
The emergency department of Xiangya Hospital receives 200 to 300 person-times a day, of which the critically ill patients account for a large proportion and the mortality rate is relatively high. What are the causes of death in these deaths and how they relate to gender and age? Understanding and mastering these conditions can provide meaningful clinical reference data for our preventive health care and salvage treatment.
