农十师水管处成立于1995年,是水利事业编制自收自支的团级单位,担负着北屯灌区一八三、一八七、一八八、一八九、一九〇团和青河农场6个农业团场42万亩灌溉面积的灌溉和一、二、三级3个水电站发电引、输、配水任务,年总引水量8．4亿立方米。北屯灌区1999年被列为国家级大型灌区之一。
