教研制度,一直是支持我国基础教育均衡发展的重要保障。在多年的实践中,上海形成了比较成熟的教研模式,构建了市、区、校三级教研网络,并拥有一支教学经验丰富的教研员团队,为保障和提高教学质量作出了十分重要的贡献。然而,信息技术对教育发展的革命性影响正在不断加速,层出不穷的电子白板、网络宽带、云平台等新技术正不停地冲击着我们的课堂,颠覆着教与学的传统模式。与此同时,突出“人本化”的教育新理念也要求我们重新研究学生、研究课堂、研究教与学的关系。
Teaching and research system has always been an important guarantee for the balanced development of China’s basic education. In many years of practice, Shanghai has developed a relatively mature model of teaching and research, built up a three-level teaching and research network in cities, districts and schools and has an experienced team of teaching and research personnel who have made important contributions to guaranteeing and improving teaching quality contribution. However, the revolutionary impact of information technology on educational development is accelerating. The endless stream of new technologies such as whiteboards, internet broadband and cloud platforms are constantly impacting our classrooms and overturning the traditional model of teaching and learning. At the same time, highlighting the new concept of “people-oriented” education also requires us to re-study students, study the classroom, and study the relationship between teaching and learning.
