我们对苏州轻工金属材料厂实行经济责任制情况做了调查。这个工厂是自行车行业和电光源行业的原材料配套厂,从去年七月份起,厂内逐步实行经济责任制,把企业对国家承担的经济责任具体落实到每个科室、车间、班组和个人,把职工的奖金跟企业的经营成果、车间班组任务完成得好坏和职工个人的贡献大小挂起钩来,实行了责、权、利三统一,明显地促进了企业的各项工作。
We investigated the economic responsibility system of Suzhou Light Industry Metal Materials Factory. This factory is a raw material supplier for the bicycle industry and electric light source industry. Since July of last year, the factory has gradually implemented an economic responsibility system, and has implemented the economic responsibilities of the company to the country to each department, workshop, team and individual. The employees’ bonuses are linked to the company’s operating results, the quality of the workshop team’s tasks, and the individual employee’s contribution, and they have unified the responsibilities, rights, and benefits, and have clearly promoted the company’s work.
