渗氮层中脉网状氮碳化合物的数量及其分布形态,对渗层性能有着直接的影响,而脉、网状组织的形成又与渗氮零件的材质和渗氮工艺有关。因此,显示脉、网状组织对正确制定渗氮工艺,提高钢的氮化质量具有重要的意义。用通常使用的2~4%硝酸酒精溶液显示脉、网状组织,常得不到满意的效果。特别是当采用低氮势获得高韧性渗氮层时,脉状氮化物向扩散层深处推移,这时必须采用一些特殊的显示剂才能清晰、准确的观察到脉状组织的形态和分布。经试验,我们配制出以下四种试剂,这些试剂可使脉状氮化物变色,对基体不浸蚀或浅浸蚀,显示效果良好,见图1~3。
The number and distribution of veined reticular nitrocarburises in the nitrided layer have a direct influence on the properties of the permeation layer. The formation of veins and reticular structures is related to the material of the nitrided parts and the nitriding process. Therefore, it is of great significance to show the veins and reticular structures for the correct development of nitriding technology and improvement of the nitriding quality of steel. With the commonly used 2 ~ 4% nitric acid alcohol solution shows veins, reticular tissue, often can not get satisfactory results. In particular, when a high-toughness nitrided layer is obtained using a low nitrogen potential, the nitride of the pulse goes deep into the diffusion layer. In this case, it is necessary to use some special indicator to clearly and accurately observe the morphology and distribution of the vein. After testing, we have prepared the following four reagents, these reagents can make vein nitride discoloration, the substrate is not eroded or shallow etching, showing good results, shown in Figure 1-3.
