采用室内生测法研究了绿黄隆对春播轮作作物玉米、大豆、棉花、水稻生长的影响。结果表明绿黄隆对供试的大多数作物品种的生长都有抑制作用。玉米品种中“掖单4号”对绿黄隆最敏感,当绿黄隆的浓度为1μg/L时,根的生长受到显著抑制,而其它供试玉米品种在5μg/L时才受到显著抑制。当绿黄隆剂量为1.0μg/kg时,杂交大豆品种(系)“黑2”和“宁镇3号”的根生长受到显著抑制,而常规系统选育品种“泰兴黑豆”则在5μg/kg时才受到显著抑制。0.5μg/kg绿黄隆对杂交棉“苏杂16”F1和常规棉花品种“宁早1号”的根生长抑制率分别为19.6%和8.6%。绿黄隆对水稻生长的影响为常规稻大于杂交稻,总的影响趋势是粳稻>糯稻>杂交粳稻>籼稻>杂交籼稻。
The effects of chlorothalonil on the growth of maize, soybean, cotton and rice were studied by indoor test. The results showed that the chlor-flavonoids inhibited the growth of most of the crop varieties tested. Yedan 4 was the most sensitive to chlorotoluron in maize varieties. When the concentration of chlorosulfon was 1 μg / L, the growth of roots was significantly inhibited, while the other tested maize varieties were significantly inhibited at 5μg / L . The root growth of hybrids “Black 2” and “Ningzhen 3” was significantly inhibited when the chlorogenic acid dose was 1.0 μg / kg, while that of the conventional system was “Taixing black bean” / Kg was significantly inhibited. The root growth inhibition rates of 0.5μg / kg chlorothalonil on the hybrid cotton “Suza 16” F1 and the conventional cotton variety “Ningzao 1” were 19.6% and 8.6%, respectively. The effect of chlorothalonil on the growth of rice is more than that of conventional rice, and the general trend is that of japonica rice> glutinous rice> japonica hybrid rice> indica rice> indica hybrid rice.
