In this paper, the uncertainty of the parameters of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) discharge process is treated by stochastic sampling inference method, and the instantaneous discharge of liquefied petroleum gas is determined as the constant velocity discharge process. The effects of steam explosions and bubbling liquid explosions formed by continuous steam explosion were analyzed and the impact of the consequences of two explosions in liquefied petroleum gas tanker trucks was quantitatively evaluated
