研究具有高G值的超高阻尼隔震橡胶支座(SHDR)水平性能竖向压力相关性的影响因素.采用反复加载的试验方法,测试了SHDR在不同竖向压应力下的不同力学性能指标,包括等效刚度、等效阻尼比、屈服前刚度、屈服强度及单圈滞回环面积等.在研究测试中,适时改变了试验的外在及内在条件,包括水平加载频率、加载顺序、剪应变、温度及不同内部橡胶G值,以研究其对相关性的影响.研究表明:水平加载频率、剪应变及内部橡胶G值对其相关性影响很小,但竖向压应力的加载顺序、温度对其有一定程度的影响.给出了在普通试验条件下的一些SHDR参数指标的压力相关性的拟合经验公式.
The factors affecting the vertical pressure dependence of horizontal performance of high damping rubber bearings (SHDR) with high G value were studied.The different mechanical properties of SHDR under different vertical compressive stress were tested by repeated loading test , Including equivalent stiffness, equivalent damping ratio, yield strength, yield strength and lap area of single lap, etc. In the research test, the external and internal conditions of the test were changed timely, including the horizontal loading frequency, loading sequence, shear Strain, temperature and G value of different internal rubber to study its influence on the correlation.The research shows that the horizontal loading frequency, shear strain and internal rubber G value have little effect on their correlation, but the loading sequence of vertical compressive stress, Temperature has a certain degree of influence on it.This paper gives the fitting empirical formula of pressure dependence of some SHDR parameter indexes under the common experimental conditions.
