用硝酸取代标准方法中的硝酸-高氯酸作为消解液,消化温度由原200℃提高至280℃,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定空气样本中的锰。对工作场所空气中锰及其化合物的标准测定方法进行改进。结果显示,线性范围为0~3.0μg/ml,相关系数为r=0.999 7,检出限为0.040μg/ml,批内精密度测定相对标准偏差为0.24%~0.74%,批间精密度测定相对标准偏差为0.96%~1.49%,加标回收率为100.46%~101.69%。提示,该方法减少了中间环节,缩短了消化时间,灵敏度高,测定结果准确可靠,有较高的实用价值,值得推广。
