近日,随着中国出版集团公司上市工作的全面启动,出版业上市再度热议。从2006年10月的上海新华传媒成功借壳上市到2008年底安徽出版集团借壳上市,出版传媒业上市刚刚走过两年多的时间,还处在牙牙学语阶段,但业界已是摩拳擦掌,春潮涌动。2008年预计13家出版企业上市,虽没能实现,但各出版企业跃跃欲试、争相上阵已见端倪。为了让这些枕戈待旦的出版企业在上市途中一路走好,也为了给那些难以抉择的企业提供一个坐标,我刊特邀参与过上市全过程的国内出版传媒第一股、在中国出版业具有里程碑意义的辽宁传媒股份有限公司[现更名为北方联合出版传媒(集团)股份有限公司]执行董事、副总经理宋扬华与我们一道回味一下那一段不平凡的日子。这次采访虽然是从辽宁传媒股份有限公司那独特的一面出发,但对业界特别是对准上市队伍也不无裨益。
Recently, with the full launch of the China Publishing Group listed on the publication of the listing of hot again. [now renamed the North United Publishing and Media (Group) Co., Ltd.] Executive Director and Deputy General Manager Song Yang Hua with us to recap that extraordinary period of time. Although this interview is based on the unique aspect of Liaoning Media Co., Ltd., it is not without any benefit to the industry, especially to the listed companies.
