本研究为Nd-Fe-B合金在HDDR处理过程中其相和显微组织的变化以及富钕相在变化中的扩散行为提供了确凿的证据和补充。对于高Nd含量的Nd-Fe-B合金,处理过程中Nd与Fe的相互扩散是HDDR法处理的Nd-Fe-B粉末成分变得均匀、磁性能得以改善的基本原因.
This study provides conclusive evidence and supplement for the change of phase and microstructure of Nd-Fe-B alloy during the HDDR treatment and the diffusion behavior of Nd-rich alloy in the changing phase. For the Nd-Fe-B alloy with high Nd content, the interdiffusion of Nd and Fe during the processing is the basic reason why the composition of Nd-Fe-B powder treated by HDDR becomes uniform and the magnetic properties can be improved.
