分析了GLS销棒磨的粉碎机理,认为在湿式和干式状态下粉碎机对物料的超细粉碎结果不同,湿式粉碎的颗粒粒径远小于干式粉碎的。分析表明,液流对细小颗粒具有良好的解团聚作用,除此以外,认为粉碎腔内液固、气固两相所形成的流场对颗粒的超细粉碎有较大的影响。在此基础上,建立了粉碎腔内流体的运动模型,并对粉碎腔内液流及气流的流场进行了数值模拟,比较了2种方式下流场的运动机理。
The grinding mechanism of GLS pin bar mill was analyzed. It is concluded that the results of the ultrafine grinding of the material in the wet and the dry state are different. The size of the wet granulated particles is much smaller than that of the dry crushed particles. The analysis shows that the liquid flow has a good effect of agglomeration on the fine particles. In addition, it is considered that the flow field formed by liquid-solid and gas-solid two phases in the comminution chamber has a great influence on the ultrafine comminution of the particles. On this basis, the motion model of the fluid in the comminution chamber was established, and the flow field in the comminution chamber and the flow field were numerically simulated. The motion mechanism of the flow field in two modes was compared.
