我们曾研究硒(Ⅳ)与碘化物和罗丹明B(RhB)的显色反应并用于硒的测定。虽然它是目前光度测定硒最灵敏的方法之一,但对于某些生物或环境样品中痕量硒的测定,灵敏度仍显不足。 进一步研究发现,当I_3~-与罗丹明B形成离子缔合物时,罗丹明B溶液的荧光明显猝灭。在一定的条件下荧光猝灭值与硒(Ⅳ)的浓度成正比。此反应具有极高的灵敏度,测定下限比相应的吸光光度法低两个数量级,可以直接测定μg/L级的硒,方法简便快速,用于水、人发和某些食品中痕量硒(Ⅳ)的测定,得到满意的结果。
We have studied the color reaction of selenium (IV) with iodide and rhodamine B (RhB) and were used for the determination of selenium. Although it is one of the most sensitive methods for spectrophotometric determination of selenium, its sensitivity is still not sufficient for the determination of trace selenium in some biological or environmental samples. Further study found that when I_3 ~ - and rhodamine B form ion-association, rhodamine B solution significantly quenched the fluorescence. Under certain conditions, the fluorescence quenching value is proportional to the concentration of selenium (Ⅳ). The reaction has a high sensitivity, lower limit of determination than the corresponding absorbance spectrophotometry two orders of magnitude lower, can be directly measured μg / L level of selenium, the method is simple and quick, for water, human hair and some foods trace selenium Ⅳ) Determination, to be satisfied with the results.
