苯酚已被广泛应用于木材、造纸等生产上。随着工业的发展,低浓度接触苯酚的人数越来越多,对其所引起的人体损害和预防措施已成为一个值得重视的问题。对象与方法对象为福建某市贮木场胶合板车间工人35人(车间苯酚浓度为0.901~4.84 mg/m~3),其中男性8人,女性27人,年龄22~46岁,排除药物等的影响后,收集班前、班中、班后和班后3小时、6小时及第二日晨尿,用比色法测定尿酚的含量。
