目的观察开天门穴位按摩法治疗子宫肌瘤患者术前焦虑的临床疗效。方法将60例子宫肌瘤术前焦虑患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上加用开天门穴位按摩。两组干预措施均持续至术前1天,观察比较焦虑评估分值、心率及血压(收缩压、舒张压)的变化情况。结果 1组间干预后比较,焦虑评估分值差异有统计学意义,干预组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组间干预后比较,心率、收缩压、舒张压差异有统计学意义,干预组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开天门穴位按摩法能有效改善子宫肌瘤患者术前焦虑状况,有利于后续手术的顺利进行和术后正常康复。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kaitianmen acupoint massage in the treatment of preoperative anxiety in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids preoperative anxiety patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group using conventional care, intervention group on the basis of routine care plus Kaitianmen acupressure. Two groups of interventions continued to 1 day before surgery, observed anxiety assessment scores, heart rate and blood pressure (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure) changes. Results After intervention, there was significant difference in scores of anxiety evaluation between the two groups, and the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after intervention, and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Kaitianmen acupoint massage method can effectively improve the preoperative anxiety in patients with uterine fibroids, which is conducive to the successful follow-up surgery and normal postoperative rehabilitation.
