为加速产品的改进和开发,推动滚针轴承的生产和研究,吉林工业大学研制了惯性加载的LGS-A型滚针轴承试验机。该机具有周期加载,近于摩托车轴承实际工况的特点。其工作原理和结构也可推广于试验汽车及其它机械用轴承。一、试验机结构和加载原理主机结构简图如图1所示。交流调速电机(1)通过高速带传动(2)拖动主轴(5)旋转,主轴支承在支座(4)上。本机采用双缸双曲柄互成180°布置的结构型式,可同时试验两套轴承(8)、(9)以便进行轴承对比
