我国新生代农民工的就业状况仍不够理想,重点表现在收入不高、岗位集中于制造业、劳动强度大、就业维权难度高等方面,而我国现行的体制、新生代农民工自身的就业能力和心理承受力、城镇承载力等都是约束新生代农民工就业的重要瓶颈。因此,必须通过积极的制度改革,不断破解这些瓶颈约束。应构建就业平等的社会管理体系,完善新生代农民工的就业保障和基本生活保障体系,并努力创新就业培训和咨询机制,提升新生代农民工的适应能力,使他们更好地融入城镇中。
The employment status of the new generation of migrant workers in our country is still unsatisfactory. The emphasis is on low incomes, concentrated positions in manufacturing industry, heavy labor intensity and high difficulty in employment rights protection. However, the current system of our country, the employment capability of the new generation of migrant workers, Psychological endurance, bearing capacity of towns and other constraints are important bottlenecks in the employment of new generation of migrant workers. Therefore, these bottlenecks must be constantly solved through active system reform. A social management system of equal employment should be established to improve the employment security and basic living security system for the new generation of migrant workers and strive to innovate employment training and consultation mechanisms so as to enhance the adaptability of the new generation of migrant workers so that they can be better integrated into the cities and towns.
