研究者根据华东师范大学课程与教学专家崔允漷教授把有效教学策略分为教学准备、教学实施与教学评价的三个阶段策略的观点。在百色市2所小学重点开展了有效教学实施策略的实践研究。通过实践得出:加强培训指导,加快教师的专业成长;创设适宜情境,完善教师的人格素养;注重实践锻炼,丰富教师的课堂经验等方式可以帮助小学教师选择适合自己的有效教学实施策略。
According to Professor Cui Yunxun, a course and teaching expert in East China Normal University, the researcher divided effective teaching strategies into three stages of teaching preparation, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Two primary schools in Baise have carried out practical research on effective teaching strategies. Through practice, it can be concluded that strengthening the guidance of teachers and accelerating the professional growth of teachers can help elementary school teachers to choose suitable strategies for their effective teaching by setting appropriate situations and perfecting the teacher’s personality accomplishment; paying attention to practice exercises and enriching teachers’ classroom experience.
