试验对高粱种子进行4个浓度表油菜素内酯浸种处理24 h,土培至二叶一心期测定光合相关参数,并取样测定光合色素和可溶性蛋白含量。随着EBR浓度的升高,高粱株高、根长、鲜重和干重呈现先升后降的趋势,可溶性蛋白质含量也呈现“升-降”;光合参数表现为“升-降”变化趋势、部分变化显著,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素等光合色素含量也先升高后降低。结果表明,表油菜素内酯在较低浓度下具有明显的促进高粱幼苗生长作用,可以通过提高光合色素含量和光合潜力,同时协调光合相关指标有效提高光合速率从而促进碳四作物高粱的生长。
The sorghum seeds were soaked in 4 concentrations of brassinolide for 24 h. The parameters of photosynthesis were determined by soil culture and one leaf of two leaves, and the contents of photosynthetic pigments and soluble proteins were determined by sampling. With the increase of EBR concentration, the plant height, root length, fresh weight and dry weight of sorghum tended to increase first and then decline, and the soluble protein content also showed “up-down”; photosynthetic parameters showed “up-down ”Trend, some changes significantly, chlorophyll and carotenoids and other photosynthetic pigment content first increased and then decreased. The results showed that epibrassinolide could obviously promote the growth of sorghum seedlings under lower concentration, and could enhance the growth of sorghum by increasing photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic potential, and coordinating photosynthesis related indicators to effectively increase photosynthetic rate.
