前言合成氨是氮肥工业的基础,改进氨合成催化剂,使之在低温下有高活性又有良好的耐热性,对于延长催化剂与设备使用的寿命和增加化肥产量支援农业等都有重大作用。氨合成催化剂是以Fe_3O_4为主要组份,加入不同含量的氧化铝(Al_2O_3)、氧化钾(K_2O)、氧化钙(caO)、氧化镁(MgO)、氧化钛(TiO_2)、氧化钨(WO_3)、氧化钼(MoO_3)和氧化铬(CrO_3)等,以提高低温活性,而加入氧化钡(BaO)后其催化活性最高。湖北省化学研究所研制的改进型EA—1型氨合成催化剂,为了赶超美国C_(73-1)型及国内A_(10)
Introduction Ammonia is the basis for the nitrogenous fertilizer industry. Improving the catalyst for ammonia synthesis makes it highly active at low temperatures and has good heat resistance. It plays a significant role in prolonging the life of catalysts and equipment and increasing the production of fertilizers to support agriculture. Ammonia synthesis catalyst is based on Fe 3 O 4 as the main component, adding different contents of Al 2 O 3, K 2 O, CaO, MgO, TiO 2, WO 3, , Molybdenum oxide (MoO_3) and chromium oxide (CrO_3), etc. to improve the low temperature activity, while adding barium oxide (BaO) has the highest catalytic activity.
