国有企业在我国的社会发展中占有举足轻重的地位,在企业的生存与发展过程中,人才是企业最重要的资源。本文从多角度分析了国有企业中人才流失带来的影响及原因,并提出了一系列减少人才流失的对策。
State-owned enterprises occupy a decisive position in the social development of our country. In the course of the survival and development of enterprises, the most important resource is the enterprise. This article analyzes the impact of brain drain in state-owned enterprises and its causes from a multi-angle, and puts forward a series of countermeasures to reduce the brain drain.
