目的探讨网织红细胞联合红细胞参数在诊断缺铁性贫血(IDA)中的临床价值。方法随机抽取2015年10月—2016年11月淅川县人民医院43例IDA患者作为研究组,另选取43例同期体检健康者作为对照组。检测对比两组网织红细胞参数[网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(Ret-He)、高荧光强度网织红细胞(HFR%)、中荧光强度网织红细胞(MFR%)、低荧光强度网织红细胞(LFR%)、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、网织红细胞百分比(RET%)]及红细胞参数[红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)]水平。结果研究组LFR%、Ret-He水平高于对照组,IRF、RET#、MFR%、HFR%、RET%水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组RDW高于对照组,MCHC、MCH、MCV低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网织红细胞联合红细胞参数在缺铁性贫血临床诊断中具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of reticulocyte combined with erythrocyte parameters in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods A total of 43 IDA patients from Xichuan County People’s Hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research group and 43 healthy controls were selected as the control group. Detection and comparison of two groups of reticulocyte parameters [Ret-He, HFR%, MFR%, LFR (Retinal Hemocyte) %, Immature reticulocyte index (IRF), reticulocyte absolute percentage (RET #) and reticulocyte percentage (RET%)) and erythrocyte parameters (RDW, MCH, Mean hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV)] levels. Results The levels of LFR% and Ret-He in study group were higher than those in control group. The levels of IRF, RET #, MFR%, HFR% and RET% in study group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05) In the control group, MCHC, MCH and MCV were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of reticulocyte and erythrocyte parameters has important clinical value in the clinical diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.
