介绍了电子束快速铸造K4169合金复杂空心涡轮叶片的工艺过程。采用电子束CT检测系统分析了快速铸造叶片的冶金质量及成型精度。对比分析了快速铸造、传统铸态、热处理态K4169合金及锻态GH4169合金试样的化学成分、微观组织、硬度等。结果表明:快速铸造叶片叶型轮廓精度与传统铸造毛料相当,试样化学成分符合K4169名义化学成分,晶粒较传统铸态明显细化且沿层面法线方向生长,硬度优于传统铸件,且与锻件相当。
The process of electron beam rapid casting K4169 alloy hollow turbine blade is introduced. The electron beam CT detection system was used to analyze the metallurgical quality and forming precision of the rapid casting blade. The chemical composition, microstructure and hardness of K4169 alloy, as-cast GH4169 alloy, as-cast and as-cast as-cast alloys were compared and analyzed. The results show that the leaf profile contour of the rapid casting blade is equivalent to that of the traditional foundry wool. The chemical composition of the sample conforms to the nominal chemical composition of K4169. The grain size is obviously refined and grows along the normal direction of the layer as compared with the traditional as-cast and the hardness is better than the traditional castings Equivalent to forgings.
