目的:探讨口服妇科千金片结合外用达克宁栓对霉菌性阴道炎的治疗效果;方法:将126例霉菌性阴道炎患者随机平均分为妇科千金片组,达克宁栓组及联合用药组,并分别给予单纯口服妇科千金片,单独外用达克宁栓以及联合应用这两种药物的治疗方案,进行三组有效性,复发率以及不良反应发生率的统计与比较;结果:妇科千金片组,达克宁栓组及联合用药组的治疗有效率分别为78.57%,88.10%及97.62%,复发率分别为5%,17.24%及2.5%,不良反应发生率分别为2.38%,7.14%及4.76%;结论:妇科千金片口服结合达克宁栓外用,能够有效治疗霉菌性阴道炎,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of oral gynecology Qianjin tablets combined with topical MDK suppository on fungal vaginitis.METHODS: A total of 126 cases of fungal vaginitis were randomly divided into gynecological Qianjin Pian group, dacronide suppository group and combination group and given separately Simple oral gynecological gold tablets, topical clonidine alone and the combination of these two drugs treatment options, the effectiveness of the three groups, the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions statistics and comparison: Results: The effective rates of treatment in combination group were 78.57%, 88.10% and 97.62% respectively, the recurrence rates were 5%, 17.24% and 2.5% respectively, and the rates of adverse reactions were 2.38%, 7.14% and 4.76% respectively.
