以集装箱码头的进出口作业流程为研究对象,探讨了码头岸边与堆场间的集卡指派问题,即规划每个集装箱堆存/提取的位置,及确定完成箱次装载任务的集卡。以最小化总装卸完工时间为目标,构建了非线性整数规划模型,并开发了符合实务作业的启发式算法进行求解。数值实验表明,提出的模型与算法不仅可为码头预先制定集卡指派计划与估算完工时间,还可为码头长期规划中机械数量的部署决策提供参考。
Taking the import and export operation of container terminals as the research object, this paper discusses the problem of set-card assignment between quayside and yard, that is, planning the location of each container to be stockpiled / withdrawn and the set card to determine the completion of loading. In order to minimize the total loading and unloading completion time, a nonlinear integer programming model is built and a heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the problem. Numerical experiments show that the proposed model and algorithm can not only pre-design the terminal card assignment plan and estimate the completion time, but also provide reference for the deployment decision of the mechanical quantity in the terminal long-term planning.
