从日本白鲫(carassius cuvieri)脑下垂体中提取总RNA,采用逆转录PCR法扩增出日本白鲫生长激素-I cDNA编码区,克隆到Pucm-T载体上.序列测定表明日本白鲫生长激素-I基因的开放阅读框含有630 bp,其中包括22个氨基酸的信号肽和188个氨基酸的成熟肽,日本白鲫生长激素-I基因的克隆成功为该基因的功能及应用研究奠定了基础.“,”Growth hormone-I (GH-I) gene for Japanese Crucian Carp (carassius cuvieri,JCC) was cloned to pUCm-T vector through RT-PCR;which based on the total RNA obtained from Japanese Crucian Carp pituitary gland. The result of sequencing shows that the open reading frame (ORF) of the GH-I gene for JCC contains 630 base pairs including the signal peptide of 22 amino acids and the mature hormone of 188 amino acid. Cloning of GH-I gene for JCC has built a good foundation for the research of function and utilization of it.
