岩土锚固工程结构随着时间的推移,锚固结构各组成部分的工作性能将由于各种原因而发生相应的变化,这些变化对锚索结构的长期工作性能产生重要的影响。研究锚索长期承载力性能检测与荷载补偿技术,首先要解决已锁定的锚索重新连接问题,再通过张拉检测锚索预应力和锚索承载力的变化。并补偿预应力损失,使之达到设计要求或最大可用值,以充分发挥预应力锚索的锚固作用。实践证明,该技术方法简单实用,易于技术人员掌握,是锚固工程施工、运营以及工后维护过程中,锚固结构长期工作性能检测与荷载补偿的有效方法之一,值得推广与应用。
With the passage of time, the performance of each component of anchoring structure will change correspondingly due to various reasons, and these changes will have an important influence on the long-term working performance of the cable structure. Studying the long-term bearing capacity performance testing and load compensation technology, we must first solve the problem of locking the re-connection of the anchor cable, and then detect the prestressing of the anchor cable and the change of the bearing capacity of the anchor cable through the tensioning. And compensate for the loss of prestress, so as to achieve the design requirements or the maximum available value, in order to give full play to the anchoring effect of prestressed anchor cable. Practice has proved that the method is simple and practical and easy to be grasped by technicians. It is one of the effective methods for testing long-term working performance and load compensation of anchoring structures in the process of construction, operation and maintenance. It is worth to be popularized and applied.
